Medical cannabis for treating pediatric epileptic disorders.
Dr. Evan Lewis is a pediatric neurologist and Assistant Professor with the Department of Pediatrics at the Hospital for Sick Children and the University of Toronto. He has extensive clinical experience with adults and children in the use of medical cannabis for the treatment of epileptic disorders. Dr Lewis is a member of the MCCS’s expert committee, the Chief Medical Adviser for the Jamaican Medical Cannabis Corporation, and an advisor for the Medical Cannabis Working Group in UK organization Drug Science.
